In order to make an online reservation you must read and approve the following policies.

If reservation policies are not followed, your online reservation may be rejected. If accepted or rejected, you will receive an email. Please Note : No reservation is confirmed until you have received an email. We try to respond during business hours 9am - 9pm PST within several hours of your request.

• We charge your credit card for the first night (room and tax) as a deposit on all reservations.

• We require 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival at 3pm to cancel a reservation. We will refund your card for the first night minus a $10 cancellation fee if this occurs. If you cancel within the 72 hours or no-show we will keep your deposit as a penalty. Multiple reservations (two or more rooms/cabins) require one month notice to cancel.

• Early departures require a 72-hour notice. Early departures will not be credited during minimum stay periods.

• 2 night minimum stay in Vintage Cabins all nights

• All rooms - 2 night minimum stay on Saturday nights (add Friday or Sunday). No Saturday night only reservations will be accepted.

July 1, 2007 Sept. 4, 2007

• 4 night minimum stay in Vintage Cabins #1 - 7.

• All rooms - 2 night minimum stay on Saturday nights (add Friday or Sunday) No Saturday night only reservations will be accepted.

• One night mid-week (Sun-Thur) is welcome in Ocean View and Bay View Rooms.

Pet Policy

Well-behaved, housebroken pets are allowed only in select cabins for $30 per room, per night. Maximum two pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and owners are required to maintain the beauty of manicured grounds by cleaning up after their pets. 

Rates and policies are subject to change and holiday periods may be slightly higher.
